Farting Cows is a non-profit organization that is based in Vancouver BC. Our focus is to help slow down the damage that Climate change has caused to the Earth. We strongly believe that education and changes in new media will help us educate the public About the severity of the damages that are occurring currently.

The Farting mission is to re-create a non-profit organization website that will attract like-minded individuals to donate to the cause as well as educate others around the world.

Short term & Long-term Goals:

• Marketing (promoting recycling, and alternative fuel resources)

• Accessibility of the site in more languages (Outside of NA)

• Donations supporting various currencies

• Collaborating with other partners or organizations

Competitive Analysis

Pollution Probe is an organization that does research-based advocacy by providing sources of information on environmental issues and addressing them to improve environmental policy within Canada. Therefore, they are a great competitor to Farting Cows.

Pros

Information - Rich on reports and publications on the first page.

Navigation - Easy to navigate to the donate button and able to choose a one-time donation or reoccurring one.

Security - Excellent security on a webpage according to Website Grader.

Cons

Language - Only have English available, although most of the donors come from Ontario.

Performance - Very low performance due to many page requests.

Icons - Misleading images and no icons for categories and subcategories.

Mobile - Not mobile friendly, pages have been cut off when using mobile view.
